About Us

Designs for Healing was established

to offer an array of services

that can help the body heal itself

though mind, body, and spirit.

Celeste

is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Reflexologist, Reiki Practitioner, Sound and Vibration Practitioner and first introduced Crystal Singing Bowl Meditation in the Stroudsburg area.

Celeste, Designs for Healing, has long held a passion for alternative healing therapeutics arising from her innate desire to assist others in achieving vibrant health and well-being.  Her technique combines the use of complementary remedies for individual treatment. Celeste is drawn to energy healing as she herself has personally experienced the powerful effects; her intention is to help others do the same. She believes strongly in the body’s ability to heal itself and is continuously astonished by the body’s capacity to transform uniquely in each individual. Her deepest gratification is in bringing balance and harmony back into people’s lives through the use of safe, natural and effective healing techniques.

Celeste is committed to the idea that massage and meditation should be a regular part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She believes in the body’s ability to heal itself and that massage therapy, reiki, and meditation are one of  many paths to restoring health and wholeness to the body.

Celeste believes in tailoring a massage and reiki towards the individual needs of each client by using multiple modalities to get the best results possible; including crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, and chimes.

The human body possesses an astonishing and persistent capacity to heal itself. Disease generally occurs when we abuse our bodies or deprive them of basic requirements to keep us healthy over extended periods.

The most fundamental unit of the human body is the cell. Each cell is a living unit that is constantly monitoring and adjusting its own processes, working to restore itself according to the original DNA code it was created with, and to maintain balance within the body. Cells have the ability to heal themselves, as well as make new cells that replace those that have been permanently damaged or destroyed. This healing process is not just for injuries. It also takes care of normal, everyday wear and tear. Damaged, destroyed or dead cells are replaced in great numbers daily from our skin, mouth, intestines, and blood.
